The adventure

Experience an immersive yoga and guided meditation class at the comforts of your home. We will connect via Zoom and begin our session with a collective meditation. From there we'll begin our practice. I like to vary the exact structure of our sessions but it always starts with deep mindfulness, moves into a vinyasa flow, and then ends with a deeply relaxing savasana. The flow will last for about 45 minutes to an hour, followed by a cool down and stretching.

The plan

1. Join the Zoom video call

Online Adventures are hosted on the Zoom video conferencing platform. After you book, you’ll receive an email with a link to the adventure that you’ll join using a web browser or the Zoom app. Adventures use both audio and video, so check the system requirements to make sure your device will work.

4. Asana Practice

The session will be gradually followed by a practice of various moments depending upon what particularly is being taught on that day. It could either be a power/vinyasa flow or restorative yoga. Every practice will focus on syncing the breath with the movement.

Your guide

Pinal

My journey with yoga started as a form of self-healing.The practice only intrigued me further to learn and teach it with a therapeutic approach. I have been teaching for more than two years now. To be able to make yoga accessible to each and every individual regardless of their age and fitness level is what I aim for. My intention is to provide a safe space and to be able to connect with people through the form of conscious movement.
