I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax. Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point. It's a very special experience and I can't wait to share it with you.

Hey, my name is CJ and I'm a mindfulness meditation teacher and tour guide in San Francisco. I am a Zen Buddhist practitioner who meditates at least 2 hours every day and believes in the value of always living in the present moment. Nowadays, people tend to have more stress, anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions. I believe mindfulness can help people live a better life both mentally and physically. For me, mindfulness isn't just something you practice during a 10-minute morning meditation session. We can integrate it into everyday life. But how? 
 I'll show you the answers through our meditative experience.
