The adventure

Experience healing inside and out through a fun and dynamic yoga class from the comfort of your own home. Learn to be present and mindful while moving the body, nourishing and strengthening the body and mind simultaneously. Accompanied with great music and energy, I lead a variety of classes from gentle flows for beginners to playful, challenging sessions for more advanced students.

2. Mindfulness training

We'll start/end each class with a brief breathwork session - guided breathing cues sometimes paired with visualization and music. Starting classes this way allows students to let go of outside distractions and be more present throughout their practice.

3. Yoga

I design each class to be fun and dynamic with lots of room for play. My goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and energized. Classes can be a variety of styles from gentle heart/hip openers to more of a strength building full body flow. I also design classes for individual based needs to open up and release different areas of tension physically and emotionally.

I've been doing yoga ever since I can remember. "Yoga" is ingrained in the Japanese culture from the workplace to school. Waking up to my parents doing yoga in the morning has cemented a morning yoga ritual, and an overall influence of mindfulness into my life. Over the past 6 years I've been an instructor for a variety of activities from kayaking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, surfing, and now yoga. Having fun while being in nature and moving my body has been my therapy and has honestly saved my life. Now it is my passion to help share these healing modalities with the world!
