The yoga experience that's sure to have you feeling rejuvenated, calm, and ready to enjoy the adventure-of-the-moment. Connect deeply with your breath, body, mind, and spirit, through these unique and always timely flows. Whether, we're moving through a slow flow vinyasa/Hatha flow, or settling the thought-waves of the mind through a deeply nourished Yin practice these classes will have stepping off your mat with increased clarity of mind, and feeling ooh so good in the body! It is my pleasure to lead you through an intuitive and breath-based practice that will have your cells vibrating Aum all day long!

The plan

1. Slow Flow / Hatha / Yin

We are new each day and so we must have a practice that adapts and shifts with us. That is why it is my great pleasure to craft unique sequences that are always shifting depending on the seasons. Some days we'll be moving through a mindful slow flow or Hatha style, and others we'll dive deep into our nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system through nourishing Yin. Those who participate with me will receive notifications for the style of the weekly classes ahead.

2. Breathe and Enjoy

During our daily session, we'll focus on the breath. With the breath, we have the power to shift our reality one moment at a time. Each yoga session incorporates and cultivates a focus and intention to breathe with our movements.

3. Savasana you must

And when we've completed our flow, we'll wrap up our practice with a deeply nourishing Savasana which is sure to send you to the blissful land of rejuvenation. So let go and receive the wellness that awaits! The time is yours!

Jennifer Rose

I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years and leading groups via Zoom for over 2 years. It's such a joy to be able to provide personalized support to yogis all over the world. My focus is to provide a safe, playful space to explore and get to know one's body-mind connection from the comforts of their hAUM.
