The adventure

Get ready for a total mind and body enhancing experience! We will be gathering together to firstly check in with ourselves about where we are at mentally and physically. A short journal session met with essential oils will take place, which will lead us right into our yoga practice! Each yoga class will be catered to the needs of the class that day and emphasis will be focused on breathing techniques or pranayama to help us detox and increase our immunity support. As we wind down in our yogic practice we end with a few restorative poses to bring awareness to the internal narrative happening as the subtle changes in our bodies occur. From there, we will take a short break, followed by a series of therapeutic movement techniques like authentic movement, collecting/releasing energy, and NON contact improv. This slow and steady build will end in our ecstatic dance party! Free form dance accompanied with sick beats is how we close out our movement practice. Shake out any stagnant, lingering mind/body constrictions to the music and the freedom of dance!! We will finish our time together with a guided meditation to homogenize our brain and heart to our intentions for the day. We conclude our time in conscious conversation and more journaling. Come join in on this beautiful community to share, heal, and elevate our mind/body relationship!

The plan
