The adventure

Prepare for a fun and challenging outdoor exercise experience in a beautiful setting. I craft unique, engaging, exercise circuits for each individual class. We will do a number of exercises ranging from aerobics to light weigh lifting and agility. I try to incorporate natural elements into our workout like tree-limb abdominal raises or hill climbs. My goal is to create unique, exciting classes, that help people connect with nature.

We'll meet up somewhere near Gasworks park. I like to vary the exact spot of the workout based on time of year and weather conditions. We always start with some stretching and warm-up movements to get going.

2. Work It Out!

I like to start the workouts with strength training for the core muscle groups. This often involves leg exercises like squats and lunges, with core work added in between. I'll often try to incorporate natural elements into our workouts like TRX strap training from trees.

3. Feel the Burn!

Our workout will last for about 45 minutes. I promise that you will sweat, feel the burn, and hopefully learn some new techniques along the way. I try to strike a nice balance of strength training mixed with agility and flexibility.

4. Cool Down

After our workout we'll do some cool-down stretches and light meditation. I'm always available to answer fitness or nutrition questions after class.

I'm a life-long health and fitness enthusiast. I've been guiding fitness, yoga, and strength-training class for over 10 years. Most of all I like to connect with people and help them grow in their fitness journey.

Fitness Equiptment

I keep the classes small and intimate intentionally. Depending on what we're doing in the class, I will have fitness equipment for you to use. Some days we use TRX straps, other days we use push-up blocks and flow mats.

Location

We'll start every class by meeting up at the Picnic area of Gasworks Park. From there we'll walk to our workout spot for the day.
